Application Processors for Wearable Devices: TZ1000

The Toshiba TZ1000 series application processors are integrated with Bluetooth® low energy (LE), a low-power wireless communication standard, a sensor, a processor and flash memory.  These functions are tightly integrated into a single package reducing mounting area for small wearable devices. The application processor processes the data acquired by the sensor and consumes very low power suited to wearable devices that require long battery runtimes.

  • Integration of a Bluetooth®LE controller and an RF circuit permits transfers of raw and processed data to external equipment, such as smart-phones and tablets.

    The software development kit (SDK) is the software to rapidly develop various application products.

    Software libraries and sample software required for using the TZ1000 series effectively and to facilitate customers' development are provided.

    HcSDP SDK

    HcSDP SDK is a package for healthcare application development.

    It facilitates rapid development of healthcare applications.

    HcSDP SDK provides libraries to measure activity and pulse wave.Because libraries are independent of OS, customers' existing environments can be used with them. Sample software is provided on FreeRTOS™ basis.
