Automotive TVS Diodes (ESD Protection Diodes)

Accompanying the computerization of automobiles, the protection performance against ESD and surge caused by static electricity to the ECU has been emphasized. Toshiba provides a TVS diode (ESD protection diode) that protects the device from such abnormal transient voltages that penetrate from external terminals and prevents damage and malfunction.
Toshiba’s extensive product lineup ranges from general-purpose types that protect CAN/LIN lines to high-speed signaling types that protect communication lines such as LVDS.
