Systems-level immunity tests, which are specified in IEC61000-4-2/4-5, are often used as an indicator of ESD protection performance of electronic devices. Toshiba's TVS diodes (ESD protection diodes) are devices but adopt system-level immunity tests, making it easier to withstand high ESD levels when they are incorporated into electronic equipment.

Toshiba's TVS diodes can be used with confidence because of  their ability to withstand ESD levels exceeding the highest Level 4 levels values in the IEC61000-4-2. Toshiba's product lineup has an ESD capacity of 30 kV or more, which contributes to improved protection performance of electronic devices.
