Microcontrollers for Induction Rice Cookers

Induction cookers employ an induction heating method. Alternating current converted by an inverter creates joule heat which causes the inner pot itself to heat up. To control an inverter efficiently, current control needs to be achieved with high precision. We offer microcontrollers incorporating LCD control for operation panels and IGBT control in one chip, and supporting wide range of the operation voltage (1.8V to 5.5V) to deal with a voltage drop when a current is not applied to the device.

These microcontrollers incorporate the cutting-edge Flash technology, NANO FLASH™ to achieve high speed and low power consumption. We offer single-chip microcontrollers supporting wide range of supply voltage and incorporating both switching control ideal (IGBT) for driving induction heaters and LCD display controllers for operation and display panels.
