DC-DC Forward Power Supplies

DC-DC forward power supplies are most commonly used in 100-W to 500-W power supply circuits. They are used for commercial and industrial applications as well as in on-board power supplies for communication equipment. Toshiba’s latest U-MOSⅧ-H and U-MOS-Ⅸ series feature high-speed switching performance, low on-resistance and low noise and help improve the efficiency of power supplies.
