Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage Corporation (“Toshiba”) is expanding its line-up of general purpose logic ICs for automotive devices that have maximum operating temperature of 125 °C and satisfy the reliability requirements of AEC-Q100 (rev.H). The products covered in this release are two dual-supply level shift bus switches : “TC7WPB9306FK” and ”TC7WPB9307FK,” two bus switches : “TC7SB66CFU“ and ”TC7SB67CFU”.
Following the products that have already implemented this enhancement, more general purpose logic ICs - low voltage one-gate logic ICs[1] (20 products), dual-supply level shift bus switches[2] (5 products), dual-supply level shifters[3] (4 products) and bus switches[4] (12 products) - are planned[5] to be enhanced in the same way. This brings our general purpose logic ICs for automotive devices to a total of 280 products.
The expansion of the line-up of general purpose logic ICs for automotive devices allows designers to consider applications that require AEC-Q100 reliability or ambient temperature and/or characteristics that differ by product families could not be met before.
