“TPW3R70APL”和“TPH5R60APL”是100V N通道功率MOSFET U-MOSIX-H系列的新产品,适用于工业设备的电源。
新产品采用贴片封装:DSOP Advance[1]和SOP Advance,扩大了产品线。通过采用具有低电压沟槽结构的新一代工艺U-MOSIX-H,它们实现了业内最低水平的[2]导通电阻,改善了导通电阻和输出电荷之间的平衡[3]。此外,它们还继承了现行工艺U-MOSVIII-H的低栅极开关电荷特性,降低了导通电阻和栅极开关电荷的乘积[4],该乘积是开关应用中的一个性能要求指标。
