插入功率损耗

TVS二极管(ESD保护二极管)通常放置在信号线和GND之间。因此,在稳态运行中,二极管将作为电容(端对端电容)。根据信号速度(特别是高速信号LVDS等),这些电容将作为阻抗包括在内,从而导致信号损耗(插入功率损耗:插入损耗)和信号质量下降。

端子间电容Ct越大,插入功率损耗越大(数值容易出现显著的负波动),无法跟踪信号速度。为了防止这种信号减弱,有必要在端子之间选择一个电容适合信号速度的TVS二极管。

东芝拥有一系列具有低端子间电容,可用于高速信号的低容值产品阵容,能在保持信号质量的同时实现ESD保护。
