  • The TCR3UG series have compatibility with low consamption current (low quiscent current and low stand-by current) and  fast load transient response, qnd these devices are ideal for battery drive IoT devices that require low power consumption.
  • This voltage regulators have 31 output voltage linups from 0.8 V to 5.0 V.
  • As small ceramic input and output capacitors can be used with the TCR3UG series.


  • Ultra small package WCSP4F (0.645 mm x 0.645 mm (typ.), t: 0.33 mm (max))
  • Low quiescent bias current IB = 0.34 μA (up to 1.5V Output products, typ.) @IOUT = 0 mA
  • Wide range output voltage (VOUT = 0.8 V to 5.0 V)
  • High ripple rejection ratio 70 dB (0.8V Output product, typ.)@1 kHz
  • Fast load transient response ±60 mV (0.8V Output product, typ.) @1 mA⇔50 mA, COUT = 1 μF
  • Low dropout voltage VDO = VIN - VOUT = 155 mV (3.3V Output product, typ.) @IOUT = 300 mA
  • Overcurrent protection function
  • Thermal shutdown function
  • Built-in auto-discharge function (TCR3UGxxA series) / Not-built-in auto-discharge function (TCR3UGxxB series)
  • Inrush current reduction function ( output voltage soft start )
