Ultra-low power consumption with high precision sensing in small size
IoT sensor solutions

IoT (Internet of Things) is used to collect the data for optimizing various system control by monitoring all devices over the Internet. Since IoT sensors may be installed in locations where it is difficult to secure a commercial power supply, they must be operated by small battery so ultra-low power consumption while maintaining the sensor accuracy requires for the system. Toshiba offers a lineup of ultra-low-noise CMOS op-amps with low power operation, and power management ICs such as LDO regulators, which are ideal for these requirements. In addition, we have a lineup of MOSFET, SiC Schottky barrier diodes, and photocouplers that are used with the latest generation processes for AC-DC power supply. These products support the high performance of a variety of IoT sensor devices.
