Toshiba offers multi-chip MOSFET-output modules in addition to conventional monolithic IGBT-output IPDs. Multi-chip modules about 36%* less loss than the conventional IPDs are available.

* Comparison of the IGBT-output TPD4144K and the MOSFET-output TPD4206F at Io = 0.1 A
