New Series with Level Shift Functions: 7UL1Gxx / 7UL1Txx

Toshiba has released new One-Gate-Logic 7UL1Gxx/7UL1Txx series, which has level shift function. It is ideal for applications such as I2C, UART and General signal interface.

7UL1Txx series

Features

  • Operating voltage range : Vcc = 2.3 to 3.6V
  • Level up : VIN=1.65V to VOUT=3.6V @Vcc=3.6V
  • Level down : VIN=3.6V to VOUT=2.3V @Vcc=2.3V
  • Built-in power down protection function [*1]
[*1] Power down protection function: The function which prevents malfunction and failure even if voltage remains in the input/output at the time of the power supply OFF (Up to 3.6 V).
