Low-voltage operation / Low on-resistance

Toshiba load switch ICs have a series featuring a wide operating voltage range and low on-resistance characteristics, and a series featuring ultra-low voltage operation from 0.75 V and low on-resistance characteristics.

Low current consumption

Toshiba  offers load switch ICs features a wide operating voltage range from 1.1 V to 5.5 V and low current consumption. It is available with a maximum output current of up to 1 A and ideal for applications requiring power saving at relatively light loads.
