何謂光繼電器?

光繼電器是指電動操作開關,大致可分為接觸式(機械)和非接觸式(半導體)型。光繼電器是指由MOSFET光耦合LED製成的半導體繼電器,主要用作信號繼電器的替代品。光繼電器不含有動觸點(movable contacts),所以相比機械繼電器而言具有更長久的可靠性。

工作條件

  • 確認 VOFF(V) and ION(A) 的需求.
    • VOFF: 為完全起見,設計時需要考慮 margin
    • ION: 應根據工作環境考慮降低額定值
       例如:要求的光繼電器ION=機械繼電器ION÷0.7@Ta:60℃

電器條件

  • 機械繼電器通常具有低的導通電阻,而光繼電器具有一系列由高到低RON的產品。有些高電容光繼電器的RON比機械繼電器的RON更低。
  • 不同於機械繼電器,在光繼電器中當輸出側施加電壓時將產生洩露電流。對於涉及洩露的應用,請考慮採用東芝的低洩露(pA系列)產品。

開關特性

  • 機械繼電器通常需要幾毫秒的時間進行信號繼電器開關,而且需要考慮觸點回跳時間。
    東芝的光繼電器開關時間典型值低於1ms,高速光繼電器的開關時間典型值低至0.01ms。無回跳時間!
