Necessity of AMPD (Interface Bridge IC)

東芝新的影音接口橋接元件系列提供HDMI®到MIPI®CSI-2(TC9590),MIPI®CSI-2到/從並行(TC9591),以及MIPI®DSI到LVDS(TC9592 / 3)連接。IC採用0.65mm間距,5 x 5 mm至7 x 7mm的VFBGA封裝提供,但TC9590除外,它採用LFBGA64 0.8mm間距7 x 7mm封裝。
