DC-DC Flyback Power Supplies

DC-DC flyback power supplies consist of a small number of components and are suitable for 100-W or smaller power supply applications. Toshiba’s latest U-MOSⅧ-H and U-MOS-Ⅸ series include MOSFETs with a VDSS of 30 V to 250 V that operate over a wide range of input voltage.
