DC-DC Full-Bridge Power Supplies

Since full-bridge DC-DC power supplies provide higher efficiency than half-bridge circuits, they are mainly used for large-capacity applications (with over 1-kW capacity). Full-bridge power supplies require MOSFETs with high-speed switching performance, low on-resistance and low noise. Toshiba is expanding the portfolios of its latest U-MOS-Ⅷ and U-MOS-Ⅸ series that meet these requirements.
