TB67S289FTG is a 50V/2.5A 32-step Stepping Motor Driver. Developed for a wide range of office equipment and industrial applications such as 3D printer, multi-function printer, label printer, card printer, POS receipt printer, scanner, ATM machine, cash dispensers, vending machines, industrial robotics, and surveillance cameras etc.

Key Technologies

  • Active Gain Control (AGC) Technology is Toshiba’s ground breaking stepping motor driving technology to automatically boost the drive current in real time in respond to the sudden increase in load torque. The drive current resumes to normal when the load requirement is back to the nominal level. It eliminates the conventional all-time peak current operation approach thus drastically cut power consumption and heat generation in precision stepper motor applications.
  • Advanced Current Detect System (ACDS) Technology is Toshiba's technology improves motor driving with highly accurate constant current without requiring external current-sensing resistor. The reduced part count reduces bill-of-material (BOM) cost and the board area.
