Thermostat sensors and high frequency circuits require a variety of power supply voltages to enhance functionality and reduce power consumption. In subsequent stages of PMIC of integrated power supply ICs, modules such as sensitive sensors and chipsets sometimes require higher performance for power supply, and the selection of LDO regulators for power supply stabilization and voltage transformation is of particular importance.
Toshiba's LDO regulators provide less standby current, which helps reduce power consumption across the entire system. It also contributes to long-life quality stabilization with overheat/overcurrent protection and avoids unexpected system power supply events.
Examples of typical recommended products are listed below, and also provide a link to the online distributor inventory search page to buy the product.
Toshiba offers a wide choice of LDO regulators in packages ranging from general-purpose to ultra-compact that are suitable for high-performance requirements, such as low noise, high ripple compressibility (PSRR), high output current stability (load transient response), and low current consumption, which are particularly required for state-of-the-art analog circuits.
