Automotive Brushed DC Motor Driver ICs

A brushed motor is used the most in the type of motor for automotive application.
Toshiba has various of H-Bridge driver ICs which realize system optimization of each ECU, such as the driver IC integrating low Rds(on) Power MOSFETs and supporting LIN communication as a slave or the driver IC capable of 5A using smaller package with heat sink.
Toshiba provides high reliability motor driver IC solution qualifying AEC-Q100.
