Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage Corporation’s wide extensive business domain extends from Semiconductors on to HDDs.

Our aim in Semiconductors is to contribute to green innovation and the cultivation of global industries. In fiscal year 2022, we started to produce power semiconductors on a 300-milimeter wafer line, and we are now expanding production capacity to meet growing demand. Alongside this, we are advancing the development of compound semiconductors, including SiC power devices, taking full advantage of expertise we have cultivated in railway applications to increase our lineup for automotive and other applications.

In HDDs, we meet diverse customer requirements with a comprehensive product lineup. As society generates more and more data, the market for large capacity Nearline HDDs for cloud and data center applications continues to grow, and we continue to develop innovative products designed to deliver customer satisfaction.
