Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage Corporation ("Toshiba") has launched “CRG09A” and “CRG10A.” These are general-purpose rectifiers suitable for reverse connection protection and reverse current protection of automotive equipment and the like. CRG09A has a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 400 V, while that of CRG10A is 600 V.
By changing the chip structure of the conventional product CRG09, CRG09A features a repetitive peak reverse current of 5 µA (max)[1], a 50 % reduction from CRG09. It can help to reduce the power consumption of devices.
CRG09A and CRG10A feature an industry-leading[2] high ESD protection ability of 25 kV (typ.)[3] as well as the conventional product CRG09. This helps to increase the reliability of devices.
