Please be advised that Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage Corporation (hereinafter Toshiba) supplies an application processor LSI, “ApP Lite TZ1000” to Wor(l)d Media & Technology Corp., a company headquartered in the United States (hereinafter “Wor(l)d”), on a transaction basis, but has not entered into any form of business partnership or similar relationship with Wor(l)d.

The LSI “ApP Lite TZ1000” is used in a Wor(l)d’s product, “Helo”, but Toshiba does not in any way or form guarantee “Helo”’s performance or reliability.
