Cloudfest 2026

Where the future of internet is created

At booth C04 at CloudFest 2026, March 23 – 26, you can explore the latest in hard disk drive technology and discover how Toshiba, along with its core partners, can help faster implement and optimize cloud storage solutions.

This year’s highlights:

UGREEN NAS devices: We’ll showcase a range of UGREEN network storage systems — from compact 2‑bay models to larger 8‑bay versions — and compare their performance and storage capacity.

Performance demo of a 60‑bay storage server: A powerful server with space for 60 hard drives and a total of 1 petabyte of storage. It runs on TrueNAS and is ideal for data analytics, classical machine learning, and CPU‑based AI workloads. It also offers a smooth upgrade path towards GPU‑accelerated AI.

2 petabytes of storage in action: Over 100 hard drives with 24 TB each are combined in this setup. Using JovianDSS from Open‑E, we’ll demonstrate the performance of the ZFS file system in a real‑world scenario.

Live demo of a 1.3‑petabyte cluster: A full storage cluster built with a 60‑bay Promise JBOD and a mix of hardware and software RAID, shown live in operation.

Returning this year: Our HDD experts Rainer Kaese’s keynote on the most recent HDD topics and our popular Crash and Win raffle, only at CloudFest.

We are looking forward seeing you there.
