東芝將陸續生產CEZ、CUZ、MUZ、MSZ四個系列的24款齊納二極體產品。這些產品可防止半導體器件受開關浪湧、感應雷電過壓[1]以及靜電放電(ESD)[2]影響。電路開關時,設備電源線內可產生電壓高達數千伏、脈衝寬度達毫秒級的開關浪湧電壓。這些新產品不僅能防止半導體器件受操作過壓以及接近直流頻率的過壓影響,還可使半導體元件不受寬度達數百納秒的靜電放電(ESD)[2]和微秒級脈衝寬度的感應雷電過壓[1]的影響。此外,憑藉低動態電阻和低鉗位元電壓等特性,這類產品還可通過吸收浪湧降低半導體器件上的外施電壓,而提高設備可靠性。
上述產品對應的齊納電壓範圍為5.6V-24V(典型值),適用於絕大多數電源線,這些產品有四種封裝形式。該產品線共有24款產品,可用於各種配電線路和安裝區域。
