    東芝擴大了產品陣容,增加了 10 個齊納電壓等級,每個齊納二極管電壓等級有 5 個包裝系列[ 1] ,可保護半導體裝置免受開關浪湧[2]和靜電放電 (ESD) [3]的影響。
新產品可保護半導體裝置免受開關突波和感應雷突的影響,脈衝寬度為微秒至毫秒量級,過電壓可與直流相媲美。
此外,與東芝現有產品系列相同,低動態電阻和低箝位電壓特性提供了卓越的突波吸收能力,並降低了施加到半導體裝置的電壓。
這有助於提高電子設備的品質。和SOD-523 (ESC)。
