東芝推出適用於工業設備的縮影鏡頭型, 1500畫素/單色CCD線性影像感測器

東芝電子元件及儲存裝置株式會社（東芝）推出兩款適用於工業設備的縮影鏡頭型1,500畫素單色CCD線性影像感測器：內建電子快門功能的TCD1105GFG，以及TCD1106GFG。樣品將於2020年7月開始出貨。
新推出的感測器能夠滿足兩個主要產業的需求：搭載感測器且要求高速執行的設備，包括使用單色CCD線性影像感測器的檢查設備；以及要求低功耗作業的設備。
兩款新型感測器的資料速率最高可達25MHz，均內建時序產生電路和CCD驅動電路，基本無需借助外部電路即可實現高速作業。內建的採樣保持電路延長視訊輸出訊號週期，有助於簡化高速訊號處理的設計。
除了能夠提高效能外，由於採用了單一3.3V電源驅動，功耗比東芝現有的高速產品更低。
