東芝推出適用於工廠自動化及工業應用小封裝大電流光繼電器

東芝電子元件及儲存裝置株式會社（東芝）推出“TLP3106A”、“TLP3107A”和“TLP3109A”光繼電器，此系列可提升導通電流的6引腳SOP小封裝大電流光繼電器，適用於工廠自動化和工業應用。它們可提供30至100V的斷態輸出端子電壓，以及3.0至4.5A的穩定導通電流。於今日開始出貨。
該新型光繼電器內置採用最新[1] U-MOS工藝溝槽結構的MOSFET，進而降低導通電阻。與市場上目前產品[2]相比，導通電流額定值可提高大約13％至50％，有助於在眾多DC和AC應用中更輕鬆地替換1-Form-A機械式繼電器。新設備還將有助於提高系統可靠性，並減少繼電器和繼電器驅動器所需的空間。
