In case you purchased the EEE in the European Union after 13th August 2005 directly from Toshiba Electronics Europe GmbH or its authorised distributors on B2B basis and you wish to return it as WEEE for recycling, please contact us by e-mail with the following details:
- Your Contact / Company Information
- Name and Office of TEE Sales or TEE’s authorised distributor, from which you purchased the EEE
- Type, Part Number and Quantity of WEEE to be returned
