Environmental Policy of Toshiba Electronics Europe GmbH

Toshiba Electronics Europe GmbH also strives to take the environment into consideration in its business activities such as development, sales, services, and disposal from life cycle perspective. We also aim to practice corporate activities that integrate management and the environment for the resolution of social issues through our  products created by technology and with passion toward the realization of sustainable society.

2. Toshiba Electronics Europe GmbH strives to continuously improve and effectively apply its environmental management system through internal audits and reviews in order to enhance environmental activities level and environmental performances.

Toshiba Electronics Europe GmbH strives to assess the environmental aspects of its business activities including with regard to biodiversity, set objectives with respect energy saving and resource saving development and design of products, reduction of environmental impact, pollution prevention and execute proactive environmental measures including the following:

1. Striving to support Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage Corporation Group in creating and supplying products that contribute to solving social issues;

2. Striving to disseminate information and collaborating with local communities and society to facilitate mutual understanding with stakeholder.

3. Striving to enhance the awareness of employees in order to consider the environment in their business activities.

Toshiba Electronics Europe GmbH discloses this Environmental Policy to the public, promotes awareness of this Environmental Policy throughout Toshiba Electronics Europe GmbH, and promotes its business according to this Statement.
