東芝電子元件及存儲裝置株式會社(“東芝”) 推出10款"CUHZ" 系列齊納二極體產品,同時擴充了其產品線。這些產品可保護半導體器件免受開關浪湧、雷擊浪湧[1],以及靜電放電(ESD)[2]的影響。

在實際的電源電路中,當電路開關時,可產生高達數千伏、脈衝寬度達毫秒級的開關浪湧電壓。而該新產品可保護半導體器件,避免受到這些浪湧電壓以及過電壓影響,使其接近於一個直流電壓。同時,還可以防止半導體器件受寬度達數百納秒的靜電放電影響[2],以及微秒級脈衝寬度的雷擊浪湧[1]的影響。與現有產品相比,由於具有更低的動態電阻和鉗位元電壓,因此具有更好的浪湧吸收能力。例如與現有CUZ5V6產品相比,新產品CUHZ5V6動態電阻約降低88%,鉗位元電壓約降低37%,從而減小了施加在半導體器件上的浪湧電壓,有助於提高產品的可靠性。產品採用具有高散熱率[3]的SOD-323HE(US2H)封裝,適用于需要高功耗的應用。
該產品線的10款新產品覆蓋了5.6V-36V(典型值)範圍的齊納電壓,適用於絕大多數電源電路,擴展後的產品線還可以支援各種其它的電源電路。
