東芝推出適用於汽車三相無刷電機的功率MOSFET柵極驅動器“ TPD7212FN”使用最新的BiCD工藝來集成各種模擬器件和SSOP30封裝[1]。它的包裝尺寸從傳統產品“ TPD7210F” [2]最小化。包裝的安裝面積約為傳統產品的71%,高度約為傳統產品的80%,引腳之間的間距通常為0.65 mm。由此,減小了安裝尺寸。而且它具有用於高端N溝道功率MOSFET驅動的內置電荷泵電路,可以輕鬆形成三相全橋電路。

新產品擴展了各種保護和診斷功能,從而可以向系統提供反饋。而且它支持廣泛的工作溫度範圍(-40°C至150°C),可輕鬆用於汽車設備。此外,它還提供符合AEC-Q100的可靠性。
