東芝推出適用於PLC高速通訊邏輯輸出光耦合器

東芝電子元件及儲存裝置株式會社（東芝）推出一款用於Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)可程式邏輯控制器24V數位輸入介面的10Mbps高速通訊邏輯輸出光耦合器 - TLP2363。
新型光耦合器規格包含在其工作溫度範圍（-40至105℃）內閾值輸入電流的最小值和最大值。其與適當的電阻器結合可用於電流控制，形成符合IEC 61131-2 Type 1[1]規格的24V數位輸入模組。
此外，新產品的電路還可抑制切跳雜訊，因此即使輸入訊號緩慢且上升或下降時間較長（60秒或更短），其輸出也明顯為「低」或「高」。這消除了在輸出元件中使用波形整形電路的需求，進而減少元件數量。
光電耦合器採用5引腳薄型SO6封裝，最大高度為2.3mm。其纖長的形狀有助於提升印刷電路板上的元件佈局自由度。
