東芝推出業界尺寸最小的新型光繼電器

- 採用S-VSON4T封裝的新型光繼電器擁有業界最小的貼裝面積，最高可在125℃的溫度下正常工作 -

東芝電子元件及儲存裝置株式會社（東芝）推出三款光繼電器“TLP3407SRA” 、“TLP3475SRHA”和“TLP3412SRHA”。它們是業界尺寸最小的[1]電壓驅動光繼電器，額定工作溫度範圍提高至125℃。

將最高工作溫度從110℃提高到125℃，便於在高溫區域使用光繼電器且更容易為設備確保所需的溫度設計裕度。S-VSON4T封裝擁有業界最小的[1] 2.9mm²貼裝面積。這將有助於縮小PCB的尺寸或在半導體測試設備、探測卡和其他設備等應用的現有佈局中增加光繼電器的數量。
