東芝電子元件及儲存裝置株式會社(東芝)推出三款光繼電器TLP3480、TLP3481和TLP3482,這三款光繼電器均採用P-SON4封裝。新封裝的貼裝面積顯著小於SOP封裝;新產品已開始出貨。
這三款新型光繼電器均提供了可媲美SOP封裝產品的斷態輸出端額定電壓和導通額定電流。取決於具體器件,額定值從30V/4.5A到100V/2A不等。
新型P-SON4封裝的貼裝面積為7.2mm²(典型值),比2.54SOP4封裝小74%,比2.54SOP6封裝小84%,非常適合高密度貼裝。此外,這些繼電器在接收器中還採用了東芝最新的MOSFET晶片[1],實現了低導通電阻。
三款階具備高導通額定電流,分別為4.5A、3A和2A。這些光繼電器能夠廣泛應用於多種類型的測量設備應用。
