Toshiba has launched the ideal diode controller "TPD7110F" that enables safe power control in automotive systems and contributes to design flexibility and space-saving. Through its built-in charge pump circuit (with an internal capacitor), it enables low-loss ideal diode configuration when combined with an N-channel MOSFET.

The new product ST2000JXH35A adopts newly developed trench-type IEGT chips with optimized cell structure, achieving high turn-off capability and high short-circuit withstand capability, making it suitable for applications that require high voltage.

By optimizing the gate design and process, the TK057V60Z1 achieves approximately 40% lower On-resistance compared to Toshiba’s existing products with the same voltage rating and package. Meanwhile, it maintains an equivalent gate input charge and reduces gate drain charge by approximately 32%. This helps reduce conduction and switching losses, contributing to higher efficiency in power circuits.

Toshiba has launched the Zener diodes "CUZ56V," "CUZ62V," "CUZ68V," and "CUZ75V," designed to protect semiconductor devices from long pulse width switching surges and induced lightning surges in the order of microseconds to milliseconds and overvoltage with characteristics close to DC.

Sine-Wave PWM Drive Controllers that Allow Low Noise/High Efficiency Drive for Three-Phase Brushless DC Motors

Toshiba has launched the sine-wave PWM drive controllers “TC78B043FNG” and “TC78B043FTG,” designed for three-phase brushless DC motors, for low-noise, high-efficiency control of both SPM and IPM motors. The new products achieve low noise motor operation through high-resolution sine-wave drive and sine-wave startup control, while delivering high-efficiency motor control through parameter adjustments, such as lead angle control.

40V/2A Stepping Motor Driver IC with Advanced Micro-stepping Technology, Enabling High-Efficiency, Low-Vibration, and Low-Noise Motor Operation

TB67S579FTG incorporates three features as part of its Advanced Micro-stepping Technology: "second-generation Active Gain Control," "Automatic Wave Generation System," and "Continuous Micro-stepping." These features contribute to the low power consumption of the equipment, reduced processing load, and low vibration and noise of stepping motors.

Expansion of the Low-Voltage One-Gate Logic IC Lineup "7UL Series" with 21 New Products in XSON6 Package

Toshiba has launched 21 new one-gate logic IC products that utilize the industry-standard small leadless package, XSON6. The new lineup includes 12 products in the "7UL1G Series," designed for down translation from 3.6V to 0.9V, and 9 products in the "7UL1T Series," designed for up translation from 1.8V to 3.3V. These offerings enable flexible selection based on application and voltage requirements.
