東芝電子元件及儲存裝置株式會社(“東芝”)推出SOT-23封裝產品,擴充了“MKZ系列” 齊納二極管產品線。 齊納二極體可防止電子器件受開關浪湧[1]以及ESD(靜電放電)[2] 的影響。
機械式繼電器或電機工作時,線圈反電動勢會產生浪湧。 新品齊納二極體可防止電子器件受開關浪湧和ESD的影響。 此外,與現有系列產品一樣,新產品具有低動態電阻和低鉗位電壓特性,可以有效的吸收浪湧,抑制電子器件上的浪湧電壓,有助於提高電子設備的品質。 採用了通用SOT-23封裝的十款產品,齊納電壓覆蓋範圍5.6V至36V(典型值),支援大多數電壓,可用於各種電壓規格和安裝區域。
