東芝電子元件及儲存裝置株式會社（Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage Corporation，簡稱「東芝」）推出H橋馬達驅動器TC78H660FNG，該驅動器採用TSSOP16封裝及廣泛使用的引腳分配。這是東芝直流(DC)有刷馬達和步進馬達驅動器系列中的最新成員，適用於包括行動裝置和家用電器在內的眾多應用。
東芝的新一代DMOS製程使TC78H660FNG能夠在最大額定值為18V/2.0A[1]時實現低至0.48Ω的導通電阻，與東芝的現有產品相比，發熱更低。
新款驅動器內建用於驅動內部電路的穩壓電源，可使用2.5V至16V的單電源來驅動馬達。其應用範圍廣泛，包括由3.7V鋰離子電池供電的行動裝置、5V USB供電的設備，以及由12V電壓供電的家電系統設備。此外，它也支援電壓低至1.8V的介面。
