Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage Corporation and its affiliated companies (“Toshiba”) makes no warranty, implied or otherwise, and cannot be held liable regarding the compatibility, performance, or reliability of its Hard Disk Drives when used with these Surveillance systems.
