Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage Corporation (“Toshiba”) has launched two bipolar transistors "TTA014 and TTC023" (with SC-63 package: Toshiba’s nickname is New PW-Mold), suitable for gate drive circuits in power devices, current switches of consumer equipment and industrial equipment, and LED drive circuits. The collector-emitter voltage rating and collector current (DC) rating of TTA014 is -120 V/-2.5 A and that of TTC023 is 120 V/3 A.

The new products TTA014 and TTC023 are Toshiba’s first -120 V and 120 V bipolar transistors with Toshiba’s New PW-Mold package. This has expanded the range of product selection.

Toshiba will continue to expand its lineup of bipolar transistors.
