Product News 2023-08
Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage Corporation ("Toshiba") has launched surge-protection Zener diodes “XCUZ Series” that are AEC-Q101 qualified and are suitable for automotive equipment.
The new XCUZ series products protect devices and circuits against noise (Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), ESD in the order of nanoseconds, and switching surges in the order of microseconds to milliseconds, etc.) entering from power supply lines and connectors of various automotive ECU[1]s, and suppress system malfunctions.
The package of new products is industry-compatible and general-purpose SOD-323 (2.5 mm × 1.25 mm.)
In addition, 20 products added to the lineup have 5.6 V to 36 V of typical voltage range that covers major voltage lines.
Therefore, it can be used for various voltage lines and contributes to improving the quality of automotive equipment.
