Having long established experience and technological excellence Toshiba offers both general purpose and application specific MCUs. Through the incorporation of high-quality memory, low power precision mixed-signal components, and rich peripheral options with a wide range of packages, Toshiba’s MCUs excel in specialized applications for motor control and connectivity. These MCUs are ideal for applications in home appliances, heating and cooling systems, and other industrial equipment. To aid in reducing development costs and shortening development time, software and board designs can be shared amongst Toshiba MCU families. Moreover, an in-depth support system is in place to facilitate customer product and application development.
32-bit Arm Cortex M3 and M4 120-200MHz MCUs are highly energy efficient and most suitable for real time control applications. The TXZ3A+ series of MCUs cover broad range of general purpose applications while the TXZ4A+ series of MCUs are designed specifically for motors control such as Field Oriented Control (FOC) with multiple brushless motors and connectivity with rich interfaces, mixed signal components, and peripherals. These MCUs offer a wide range of memory 128K-2MB Flash, 24K-258KB RAM, 12-24Ch 1-3units 12-bit of ADCs, 31-155 IOs, and many peripheral options.
Introducing 5 groups of new microcontrollers of TXZ+™ family advanced class that realize low power consumption, support system cost reduction, and advanced motor control.
