Toshiba HDMI® Interface Bridge ICs are able to handle conversion between High-Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI®) to MIPII® CSI-2 and MIPII® DSI outputs. These bridge ICs are usable in applications involving digital media adaptors, smart-monitors, entertainment screen such as Smart TVs and more. Our components can support up to 4 data lanes and achieve 2K Full HD and 4K Ultra HD quality.

The current and next generation Application Processors and Baseband chips have been designed without video streaming input port with the exception of CSI-2 for Camcorder input. Smart Phone Processors are now being used in several applications that require Video Input. Toshiba
HDMI® Interface Bridge IC convert HDMI® input to CSI-2 that looks like a Camcorder input.
