3-phase Brushless DC Motor Driver ICs, built-in Power Devices

The 3-phase brushless DC motor driver IC is a device used for brushless motors. Brushless motors have advantages over conventional brush motors, such as high efficiency, low noise, low vibration, and long life, and are widely used in home appliances and industrial equipment, including air conditioners. We offer a lineup of products with a breakdown voltage of 250 V to 600 V and a current rating of 0.7 A to 5 A by combining IGBT built-in monolithic ICs using the latest high-voltage micro-SOI processes with multi-chip module products that combine MOSFET, which has a high market performance, and driver ICs to provide high-efficiency motor systems compatible with the input voltage of AC100-V and AC220-V systems. In addition, the use of a small package enables the use of a brushless motor with a built-in driver.
