TVS Diodes (ESD Protection Diodes)

In recent years, protection performance against "ESD" caused by static electricity and "Surge" has been emphasized for various applications ranging from industrial to consumer electronic devices. Toshiba provides a TVS diode (ESD protection diode) that protects the device from such abnormal transient voltages that penetrate from external terminals and prevents damage and malfunction.
