M370 Group
This is a Arm® Cortex®-M3 core-equipped motor-controlled microcontroller that operates on a 5V single power supply with built-in hardware, including the vector engine in which part of vector control is hardened.

- Toshiba-original Vector Engine (VE) that implements part of motor vector control as hardware

- 12-bit AD converter
- Oscillation frequency detection (OFD); Self-diagnosis functions supporting functional safety certification according to various standards (IEC 60730 class B and others)
- Single 5-V power supply
- Small package (SSOP30) Note: TMPM375FSDMG
