The TXZ+™ Family Entry-Class M4H Group is a standard microcontroller ideal for small-scale system control in consumer and industrial equipment. 
Equipped with an Arm® Cortex®‑M4 core (with FPU), operating at up to 120 MHz. Delivers both real-time performance and ease of use, supporting a wide range of control applications.

    256 KB Flash memory, 18 KB SRAM
  • Suitable for a wide range of consumer and industrial equipment
    Operating voltage: 2.7 V to 5.5 V
    Operating temperature range: −40 °C to +105°C
    Self-diagnosis functions for functional safety
  • Motor Control Capability
    Equipped with a 120 MHz CPU, an AD converter, and an Advanced Programmable Motor Drive (A‑PMD), all integrated into a single unit to support motor control applications.
  • Built-in High-Speed Oscillator
    Oscillation accuracy: ±1% over the operating temperature range of −40 °C to +105°C
    Improved accuracy eliminates the need for an external oscillator, contributing to a reduced component count.
  • High Flash Endurance
    Supports up to 100,000 flash rewrite cycles.
  • Three package options available, selectable according to mounting area and assembly conditions
