Gate driver evaluation board (High-Side Switch: TPD7104AF, Three-Phase Full Bridge: TPD7212F)

Our gate drivers correspond to high-side switches, half-bridges, and three-phase full-bridges. By selecting the most appropriate external MOSFET, a single driver-IC can be used for various automotive applications. The high-side gate driver also has a built-in power supply reverse connection protection function and provides optimal solutions for applications such as load switches.

We have prepared evaluation boards that combine our gate driver ICs with discrete products such as MOSFETs. It is possible to check the functions and characteristics of the motor and the semiconductor relay by placing the control IC in the previous stage. We are also planning to expand our lineup of PSpice® gate driver ICs.
