TC78B011FTG

Toshiba's new three-phase brushless DC (BLDC) motor control pre-driver TC78B011FTG is a feature-rich device, including a sine-wave drive method that reduces vibration and noise. Designed for motors that require high rotation speeds (e.g. server fans, pumps, blowers), TC78B011FTG's sensorless design operates without a Hall sensor.  A package with a footprint of just 5mm x 5mm and a height of 0.8mm saves space on the board and the integrated standby function further improves overall system efficiency.

TC78B027FTG

A brushless motor controller with integrated pre-driver that can drive a wide range of external MOSFETs to meet the challenges of applications across a wide range of power levels.  The TC78B027FTG incorporates Toshiba's Intelligent Phase Control technology and closed-loop speed control for optimum operating efficiency in a wide variety of applications including high-velocity server fans, blowers and pumps.

Intelligent Phase Control

Intelligent Phase Control technology automatically minimizes the phase difference between motor voltage and motor current which makes this technology useful for applications like cooling fans for servers and industrial motors, fans for home appliances,  pumps, vacuum cleaners, and robotic vacuum cleaners.
