MOS is sensitive to static electricity. How do you protect MOSFETs from static electricity?

Protect MOSFETs from static electricity

If static electricity is applied to the gate when mounting the board, the gate oxide layer may be destroyed. Therefore, some products include a diode for protection against static electricity between the gate G and source S of the MOSFET.
Please check the datasheet.

Also, when measuring or mounting, etc., please handle ESD by using a wristband etc.
